A small bag based on the finding stored in the Metropolitan Museum under catalog number 2005.426.

Dated around 1400, probably French. The inscription says: "Amours? Metient / metient? Ence? Prigon / amours? Metient," which translates as: "Love holds / Holds me in prison / Love holds me"
